HEB Distribution Center
HEB Distribution Center in Weslaco, Texas, was a large site work project for IOC. The primary work item was constructing the building pad with a surface area of over 400,000 square feet, which took nearly 100,000 CY of select fill that had to be hauled from offsite. Processing nearly 7,500 CY per day, IOC Company, LLC beat the owner’s schedule. The project also included a large lift station to help with stormwater and over a mile of 12″ waterline for fire protection.
